The Cave Archive and Versioning Experiment was developed for the Sydney University Speleological Society (SUSS) as a repository for their cave survey data. It's available though for any ASF club that has a website at caves.org.au.
The software used to manage this repository and create this website is a custom blend of the Mercurial version control system, the EasyMercurial Mercurial interface, with some Python code and bash shell scripts. Total lines of code is about 1200.
